Mechanical and product engineering services for hardware teams.

Senior mechanical engineers in Kearny, NJ who design parts and assemblies your suppliers can build. We also engineer robotic systems and bring in partner electrical and firmware engineers when a product needs a custom board.

Model to drawings

From a 3D model to drawings a shop can build.

DFM is cheapest at the start. We pick the process with you early, design to its rules and release drawings your supplier can quote and build from. Here is a custom chandelier we engineered for Schonbek.

Questions

Common questions.

Can you work with our in-house engineering team?

Yes. We often take one subsystem and work inside your CAD, PDM and design reviews, or add capacity during a crunch.

Do you do electrical engineering?

Mechanical is our core. For custom boards and firmware we bring in partner engineers and manage them as part of your project.

Can you fix a design someone else started?

Yes. We review the CAD, find what blocks manufacturing or testing, and fix the root cause.

How is the work priced?

A free estimate first, then a scope with estimated hours and a not-to-exceed cap on every phase.
