Teams waited months to hire an engineer, and sometimes the hire did not work out. Outside firms added account managers and padded quotes. Projects stalled because nobody owned the plan, and founders spent their time chasing updates instead of building their company.
I started Flores Engineering in 2024, and went full time in 2025, to fix that. You get senior engineers who start in a week, a cap on every phase, and a live project page so you always know where things stand. We run the plan, so you do not have to manage us.
The bigger goal is simple: help more good hardware get designed, built and manufactured here, by making professional engineering easy to start for founders, startups and mid-size teams.
