EVT · DesignFull CAD, diffusers and heat sinks, printed and machined prototypes.
DVT · VerificationThermal and life tests in our lab, fit and finish reviews, revisions.
PVT · HandoffDFM-final CAD for molding, die-casting or sheet metal, drawings, BOM and vendor handoff.

Before you reach out.

Do you design for UL listing?

Yes. We design to the spacing, materials and thermal limits your listing needs and prepare the files your test lab asks for.

Can you work with our electrical engineer?

Yes. We own the mechanical side and work with your electrical team, or bring in an electrical engineer we trust.

Do you handle custom one-off pieces?

Yes. We turn decorative and custom designs into drawings a shop can build, often within a week.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Check the NDA box on the estimate form and we sign before reading anything confidential.
