AI operations integration · NJ & nationwide

AI operations systems: custom hubs, client portals and AI agents.

We built the operations system our own engineering firm runs on: one hub for projects, time, quotes and finance, live client portals, and AI agents that keep work moving. Now we build the same for hardware companies, small businesses and mid-size operations teams.

What we build

Four pieces that work together, or on their own.

Custom operations hub

One place for projects, tasks, time, pipeline, quotes and finance, built around how your team already works.

Client portals

A private, live page for each client with cost against estimate, status and the timeline. No login to manage.

AI agents

Assistants that draft status reports, flag budget risks, answer questions from your files and prepare follow-ups for your approval.

Integrations

Your existing tools connected so data moves on its own: a website lead becomes a pipeline entry, logged hours become an invoice line.

We run on it first

Built and tested inside our own firm.

Everything we sell, we use daily to run Flores Engineering. You get systems that have already survived real projects, real clients and real invoices.

  • 01Flores Hub. Our internal hub for projects, tasks, engineering, time, clients, quotes and finance.
  • 02Client portal. Every client gets a live project page fed from our project data, with no login.
  • 03AI agent team. Chief of staff, project, finance, knowledge and resource agents that support the team every day.
  • 04Website to pipeline. Our estimate form drops each new lead straight into the hub’s sales pipeline.
Who it is for

Teams that run on spreadsheets and status emails.

Hardware & manufacturing companies

Engineering firms, job shops and product companies tracking projects, hours, quotes and suppliers across too many tools.

Small businesses

Agencies, consultancies and service firms that want one system instead of five subscriptions and a shared spreadsheet.

Mid-size operations teams

Ops leaders at 50 to 500 person companies who need dashboards, approvals and AI help without a long IT project.
How a project runs

Phases with a cap on each, like our engineering work.

You get a free estimate first, then a scope of work with estimated hours and a not-to-exceed cap on every phase.

MapInterview the team, list your tools and the hours lost to copy-paste and status chasing.
BuildFirst module live on your real data, usually the piece that saves the most time.
Roll outTeam training, permissions, and the next modules and agents added in order.
SupportFixes, new features and agent tuning as your process changes.
Questions

Common questions.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

No. We start from the tools you have and connect them. We only add a new system where nothing you use covers the job.

Will AI agents act without us?

Agents draft, flag and summarize. Anything that leaves the company, like an email to a client or an invoice, waits for a person to approve it.

Who owns the system and the data?

You do. It runs on your accounts, and your data stays in your tools.

Is this only for engineering firms?

No. We started with our own firm, but the same hub, portal and agent patterns fit any team that runs projects for clients.

How is it priced?

Like our engineering work: a free estimate, then a scope with estimated hours and a not-to-exceed cap on every phase.

Losing hours to status updates and copy-paste?
