Flores Engineering is a lean product engineering firm. We pair deep mechanical, electrical and robotics expertise with a bias toward getting real hardware out the door.
We started Flores Engineering because most product teams do not need a big agency. They need senior engineers who can think in systems, move fast, and tell the truth about a project.
We work across mechanical and product design, design for manufacturing, electromechanical and robotics systems, and test and compliance engineering. The throughline is simple: turn an idea into something you can actually build, sell and scale.
Clients come to us from robotics, consumer hardware, lab equipment and lighting. Some arrive with a sketch on a napkin, others with a stalled program that needs a reset. Either way, the goal is the same, a clear path from concept to production.

A builder's approach to engineering.
Flores Engineering is led by Sergio Flores, a mechanical and product engineer with experience spanning large format additive manufacturing, medical device test and DFM, robotics and lighting. That range is the point: real products rarely respect the boundary between mechanical, electrical and software.
The firm grew out of hands on work, machining parts, wiring control systems, running prototypes and shipping designs to production. That bench level experience shapes how every engagement is scoped and run.
